A beautifully crafted pavilion with Walkerbushe Architects.
The primary structure is formed with cross laminated timber supplemented by steelwork strategically placed to allow the roof to appear to float above the walls. Monocoque steel structures form canopies to the perimeter.
Externally a pallet of knapped flint, timber cladding and louvres along with the canopies provides varying framed views out to the landscaped gardens.
Plant is housed in a single storey basement.
